What payment methods are available?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is the primary method — you pay the delivery agent in cash when your order arrives, after inspecting it. Bankak and Fawry gateways will be available soon.
Where does your delivery service reach?
We deliver across Sudan through 18 states based on available service areas. Delivery fees and times vary by state and are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Within Khartoum it usually takes 1–2 business days, and other states 3–5 business days depending on the area. We contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the timing.
Can I exchange or return a product?
Yes, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receipt under the Returns & Exchange policy, provided the product is in its original condition. Start your request via WhatsApp.
How do I request a quote for institutions (B2B)?
From the “Request a Quote” page, enter your list of needs and quantities or upload your file, and we will send a custom quote within 24 business hours, with options for recurring supply and official invoices.
Are the products genuine and guaranteed?
Yes, we verify the source of our products and provide clear technical specifications for each one. Inspect the product and expiry date upon receipt before paying.
